Lovely large green space at the back of the property. It is free to use for all and includes Garden furniture of tables and chairs. Garden enthusiasts are free to get stuck in otherwise a regular Gardener will be cutting the grass through the summer.
Ashtray is installed for smokers as it is a NON SMOKING house.
Transport
There are 2 public car parks close to the house, one at the front and one at the back, they are free for all to use.
BUS:
Gatwick Fastway 10 and 20* Fastway 20 is 2 minutes walk from the house at a stop called “Creasys Drive West” and takes 26 minutes to Gatwick or 7 minutes to The County Shopping Mall. Fastway 10 is just 10 min walk at bus stop called “Palham Drive” and takes 28 minutes to Gatwick.
TRAIN:
From Crawley there are trains to Gatwick London and Brighton, bus takes 12 minutes from the house.

The kitchen opens out to the garden, great for spending time during the summer months.
