Hello, I am Christina Yakovleva. I emigrated to the UK in 2008 with the motivation to build a stable and successful life for myself and those I work with. Part of that stability meant becoming a property investor myself which provided me with an excellent hands-on education which I continued to build on.
I turned my passion into a profession by investing into deeper professional property management education which was driven by my desire to help others like me, those seeking a better work life balance and freedom to provide and spend quality time with their family
Over the years I built a portfolio of skills including HMO conversions and management, but also New Build Developments which has cemented my belief that this unique profession provides an interface and bridge between helping generations with accommodation solutions whilst providing a high quality and consistent service to the Landlords we serve
As a person with an international background and outlook I am well positioned to help bring a new perspective to this market space with the quality you expect from an award-winning HMO investor.
I have been able to build a very reliable team who share our values and committed to deliver 5* service to our landlords and residents.
To date we have worked with hundreds of satisfied tenants and landlord investors ensuring the best accommodation for discerning high paying tenants. In doing so we are helping our clients build consistency on their investment journey. This is seen CITYONE being featured on numerous AWARDS AND invited as PRESENTER
